We partner with community groups and organizations to create a network of support and resources for individuals with mental health needs. We take a comprehensive approach to addressing individuals' mental health needs within their local communities. These services are designed to treat the whole person, considering not only their mental health symptoms but also their physical, social, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
Mindful Living Workshops
These workshops are designed to teach participants about various approaches on how to live a more “mindful” life. The holistic approach focuses on the various mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual conditions that arise when confronted with stressful or traumatic situations throughout one’s lifespan. Participants will be provided a wide range of perspectives regarding personal responsibility toward stress management and mindful self-care practices.
Throughout our time together we will engage in various mindful, experiential, creative, didactic, and process-oriented discussions. Participants learn powerful integrative approaches and practical tools for dealing with physical, emotional, and psychological stress.
Worksite Wellness Seminars
There is much research supporting the benefits of mindfulness within corporations, including enhancement of staff well-being and reduction of stress, as well as increased efficiency and creativity. Worksite wellness provides a unique opportunity for team members to practice meditation and mindfulness techniques such as breathing, meditation, and self-improvement.
We work closely with businesses to identify stress points and to develop tailored mindfulness seminars and workshops to meet their specific needs and challenges. Once the needs of the organization and/or community are assessed and identified, we match trainings, workshops, and personalized coaching sessions for team members that focus on implementing life-long skills in mindfulness, stress reduction, self-efficacy, holistic health, and more.
Mental Health Trainings
These trainings are for any organization or small community group who want to know more when it comes to mental illness and mental health.
Before deciding if performance management or disciplinary action is appropriate, managers of organizations need to know if there are mental health problems impacting the situation. They also need to know how to handle a mental health conversation in a performance management setting without making matters worse.
These trainings can help identify ways to properly address mental health needs on teams and within communities.
Participants are encouraged to shift their perception of mental health as an individual issue to a systemic one by exploring the effects of systemic oppression on well-being.
